About Bachelor of Agricultural Science

This course prepares you for a dynamic career in agriculture as you develop core skills in science, chemistry and biology while pursuing a major of your choice in Animal Science, Animal Health or Crop and Pasture Science.

As well as gaining firm theoretical knowledge, you'll also be exposed to extensive practical experience in both laboratory and farm settings. During these pracs you'll learn how properties and agribusinesses are managed, how to drive production efficiencies, animal handling techniques and management skills, plus more.

You can also choose a minor in either Equine Science or Applied Animal Production in which you'll learn about animal breeding, equine nutrition and equine physiology.

Entry Requirements

Middle Eastern Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Shahadatal-thanawiaal- a’ama).

Successful completion with a minimum average grade of 80% in the final year results.
