This is not work experience but an embedded internship &ndash; indeed many of our students later find full-time employment with the company where they took their practicum. According to the current QILT (Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching) survey of Australian academic institutions, 76.7 percent of our graduates found full-time employment on the completion of their business program at Notre Dame &ndash; more than 3 percent above the national average.<br /><br />The School of Business has built up strong links with the business community in New South Wales which provides obvious benefits for our students. The University of Notre Dame Australia is a national Roman Catholic private university with campuses in Fremantle and Broome in Western Australia and Sydney in New South Wales. The university also has eight clinical schools as part of its school of medicine located across Sydney and Melbourne and also in regional New South Wales and Victoria.

Notre Dame is not part of the Western Australia Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) or the New South Wales Universities Admissions Centre and students apply directly to the university through its admissions process.
