<p><strong>Accreditation and professional recognition</strong><br />The Monash-CIMA collaboration provides a fast track route to acquire both a Master of Accounting and the Chartered Institute<br />of Management Accountants (CIMA) professional qualification at the same time. To do this, you just need to choose the three<br />CIMA pathway units as your electives in Part C (one unit is already a required unit in Part B).</p>
<p>By doing this, you may be eligible for exemptions from all CIMA papers, except the Strategic Case Study. After passing the Strategic Case Study exam, you will only need to submit three years&rsquo; practical experience to apply for CIMA membership, and gain both the ACMA and CGMA designations.</p>

<p>This course, offered by Nursing and Midwifery, prepares nurses for leadership roles in management, education, and disaster nursing. A specialisation in trauma nursing will commence in 2023. The course enables development of advanced practice knowledge and leadership in specialist practice including skills to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate health care, as well as the ability to formulate policy for a diverse and multicultural society. Graduates are employed in a wide range of general and specialist clinical, educational and healthcare environments in senior positions and contribute to the health of individuals, families and communities, in addition to the development of the profession.</p>

<p>The Master of Arts (Research Training) is a graduate research degree which can be undertaken following completion of a regular three-year undergraduate degree.&nbsp;It is also an appropriate entry point into graduate research for prospective candidates with extensive industry experience or non-traditional research outputs who may not meet the traditional PhD admission requirements. This course will provide students with the opportunity for more specialised, in-depth research training in a discipline or on an interdisciplinary topic. <p>The Master of Business Information Systems (MBIS) prepares you for careers in systems design, planning and management, as well as knowledge and information management. You gain the expertise to design solutions to business information problems, and to offer strategic guidance to organisations that will enhance their management and governance.</p>
<p>As an MBIS graduate, you may find work as a business analyst, systems analyst, consultant, project leader, IT manager or information management specialist.</p>
<p>The MBIS caters to students from a variety of backgrounds.
